Questions
How is my level worked out?
We count every card you’ve sent in the last 90 days, including the order you’re placing now. A first order of 120 cards already gets $11 a card.
What if I send fewer than 100 cards?
You pay the regular price for the turnaround you pick ($15, $13 or $12), and those cards still count toward your next level.
Do I need to be a dealer or have a business?
No. A collector grading a big stack at home qualifies.
Is it really free?
Yes. No joining fee and no contract. You only pay for grading.
Can I talk to a real person?

I was in the dealer program. Do I need to sign up again?
No. Every dealer account is now a Whale Club account. Log in as usual.
