You confirm that you own the cards you submit or are authorised to submit them. Grades are professional opinions based on the condition visible during inspection and are not guarantees of market value.

Terms for submitting cards to White Whale Grading.
By submitting an order, you agree to these terms. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Payment
Unless a promotion requires payment at checkout, payment is due after grading and before your cards are returned. You authorise White Whale Grading to send a secure payment link for the final order balance.
Declared value and insurance
Enter an accurate declared value for each card. Declared value is used to calculate optional return insurance and does not change the grading fee or represent an appraisal by White Whale Grading.
Shipping
You are responsible for packing, tracking, and insuring cards on the way to our facility. Return shipping, optional signature service, and optional return insurance are shown before submission. Carrier delays and losses are subject to the selected carrier service and insurance coverage.
Card handling
We use reasonable care while receiving, imaging, grading, encapsulating, and returning cards. Normal handling required to perform the service is authorised when you submit an order.
